====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 17-03-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 28.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.9146 of 2020 for extension of time for furnishing bail bond mentioned in order passed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted bail on 28.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.9146 of 2020, but due to lockdown, the petitioner could not surrender and furnish his bail bonds within the time directed by this Hon'ble Court.

Considering the same, let the period of surrender of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8950 of 2021(2) dt.17-03-2021 2/2 the petitioner be extended by four weeks from today, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.335 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-V, Samastipur. Rest of the condition as stipulated in the order dated 28.02.2020 as it is.
