2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 302 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated on mere suspicion as the informant is not the eye-witness to the alleged occurrence. It is further submitted that the deceased was a dreaded criminal having criminal cases pending against him.

4. Learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the informant opposes the anticipatory bail petition on the basis of the case diary, submitting that statements of several witnesses have been recorded claiming to be the eye-witnesses who had seen the petitioners along with other persons taking the deceased with them.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. BT/- (Vikash Jain, J) U T
