2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kusheshwarasthan P.S. Case No. 128 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354(b), 504, 379 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of assaulting the victim causing injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case since there is admittedly a land dispute between both the parties as they neighbour. The petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 4th Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Kusheshwarasthan P.S. Case No. 128 of 2020.
