Smt Usha Kumari No-1, SPP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-01-2019 By order dated 12.12.2018, passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 190 of 2019 appellant Kailash Ravidas was allowed regular bail in connection with Sono P.S. Case No.50 of 2017. However, the order dated 12.02.2018 aforesaid was recalled by this Court on 28.03.2018 in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 415 of 2018 on getting information that the appellant had suppressed about filing of another criminal appeal for the same purpose side by side. A criminal complaint was lodged against the deponent as well as the appellant. The appellant is already in custody since 13.11.2017.

Considering the period already undergone, let the appellant, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.4331 of 2018(2) dt.30-01-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property.
