Petitioners seek bail in Jagdishpur (Nautan) P.S. Case No.592 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code. In the written report, it is alleged that petitioner No.1 assaulted father of the informant, Bhoj Mahato, by bamboo on his head. It is further alleged that petitioner No.2 along with Manoj Mahto assaulted younger brother of the informant, Indrajeet Mahto, with lathi.

Injury report of both the injured have been enclosed, which shows that both have sustained simple injuries. Counsel for the petitioners submits that Petitioners are

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41912 of 2019(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 in custody since 27.01.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Jagdishpur (Nautan) P.S. Case No.592 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioners.
