Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Specific allegation is against co-accused Arun Muni to have caused injury at the head of Bimlesh Das with lathi as a result whereof Bimlesh Das died.

Considering the aforesaid fact, especially, the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with
