Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to deposit the amount which is alleged to be deceived at his end. On deposit of Rs. 38,000/- in the court, petitioner, Lal Babu Ram @ Amit Ram will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Buxar, in Dhansori PS Case No. 138/2017.
