JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 12-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel representing the State.

The petitioner is seeking regular bail in Shahpur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2017 registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears from the statement recorded U/S 164 Cr.P.C., a copy of which has been produced before this Court in course of hearing, that the victim girl has specifically named this petitioner, who had called her on the pretext of her Mausi being ill. It is also urged that he had put her in unconscious condition by providing her biscuit which caused intoxication and thereafter he sent her with a boy, namely, Sunil Kumar Yadav after taking Rs. 5,000/- in cash. The victim girl was later on recovered from the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.184 of 2018 (2) dt.12-01-2018 2/2 house of said Sunil Kumar Yadav.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2017.

The application is dismissed.
