In the background that the petitioner has violated his own commitment repeatedly before the lower Court as well as before this Court on many occasions, which still continues, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she shall not be pressing the application. Learned counsel further submitted that despite her best efforts, she has not been able to get in touch with the petitioner.
