The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. Case No.72 of 2015 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 472 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations made in the FIR as against the petitioner is not correct. The land possession certificate deposited by the petitioner for obtaining the loan is neither forged nor fabricated. The petitioner has got right, title and possession over the land for which the land possession certificate was deposited by the petitioner in the bank. It has been further contended that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent has got roots in the

Regard being had to the nature of allegation, in the event of arrest/surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Divya Shekhar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chapra in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. Case No.72 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No.5305 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Md.S./- U T
