This is a petition for grant of regular bail for the offences under Sections 393/34, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The F.I.R. is against unknown in respect of firing at the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 06.08.2016. Except confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner. Further, similarly situated co-accused Bandhan Kumar Yadav @ Ranjan Yadav has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 33638/2017.

No.62958 of 2017 (4) dt.19-02-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts as well as the period of custody, already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 188/2016.
