The petitioner has approached this Court against the order dated 26.03.2019 passed by the District Programme Officer, Banka in Misc. Aanganwari Case No. 10/2018-19 whereby the selection of the petitioner on the post of Aanganwari Sevika in Ward No. 9, Centre No. 229, Block- Amarpur, District- Banka has been rejected and a fresh selection process has been directed to be initiated.

It has been submitted on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13435 of 2019(2) dt.08-07-2019 2/2 petitioner that an appeal against the aforesaid order passed by the District Programme Officer, Banka has been preferred before the District Magistrate, Banka on 03.05.2019.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to press the appeal before the Collector which has been filed on 03.05.2019.

Should the petitioner file a reminder letter before the District Magistrate, Banka, the appeal preferred by the petitioner shall be heard and disposed of by the Collector within a period of eight weeks of the receipt of such reminder letter.

With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
