ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 21-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. After some arguments counsel for the petitioner seeks permission with liberty to withdraw this application seeking remedy before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna (respondent no. 2) under Bihar Maintenance of Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2012 (Rule 22). The Senior Superintendent of Police is directed to entertain the representation filed by the petitioner, who is directed to file the representation within four weeks from today
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.228 of 2021(2) dt.21-04-2023 2/2 and take appropriate action under this law within four weeks thereafter. In case of the non-compliance of the said order the Officer shall be under contempt.
