JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 19-05-2016 A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents stating that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and specific statements have been made with respect to each head from paragraph nos. 3 to 9.

In my view, this writ application has lost its efficacy and, as such, the same stands disposed of.

However, if the petitioner is still aggrieved by certain calculation or dues then he would be at liberty to raise such issue before the respondents.
