This is a case registered under Sections 341,323,302,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case as he happens to be the brother-in-law (Sarhu) of Rajendra Yadav. In the trial the informant Sonu Yadav has stated that during course of fight between two brothers, his father had sustained injury and fell down. Petitioner is not concerned with the occurrence in any way and he has no criminal antecedent prior to the instant case. He is in custody since 31.07.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be

No.62938 of 2017 (3) dt.28-02-2018 released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal (Jehanabad) in Mahandia P.S. Case No. 80 of 2016 subject to the conditions : (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
