JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-02-2021 The present petition has been filed for restoration of a contempt petition bearing MJC No. 3175 of 2018, which has stood dismissed on account of non- compliance of the peremptory order dated 17.07.2019.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of inadvertence, the defects could not be removed, however, the same shall be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

Patna High Court MJC No.263 of 2021(2) dt.10-02-2021 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to restore the aforesaid contempt petition bearing MJC No. 3175 of 2018 to its original file, subject to the petitioner removing defects within a period of four weeks from today.

The present petition stands allowed on the aforesaid terms.
