JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 28-03-2018 Seen the report submitted by the learned lower Court wherefrom it is evident that matter is pending for framing of charge at which stage, so many petitions have been filed by the other co-accused over discharge. In the aforesaid eventuality, matter is to be proceeded with in accordance with law. It is evident that during course of consideration of prayer for bail at an earlier occasion vide Annexure-1, post mortem report was taken into consideration in consonance with the statement of the witnesses including that of injured, who had identified the petitioner to have blown the arrow, which happens to be one of the injuries responsible for causing death and the same was taken out during course of post mortem and seizure relating thereto is found duly incorporated in Para-59 of the case

In the aforesaid background, being under judicial custody for quite long time is not going to persuade me to revisit the order.

That being so, prayer for bail is rejected.
