The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 51 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that petitioner along with others variously armed surrounded the informant and assaulted on his head and also damaged his vehicle. They also opened fire to terrorize. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation. Date and time of occurrence is also not mentioned in the F.I.R. Co-accused Chandan Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 30.07.2019

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Bhagalpur in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 51 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
