The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with G.O. Case No. 193 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 18.6 litres of illicit liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and no recovery has been made from the person of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and he is in custody 24.10.2017.

Considering the nature of accusation, the period of custody already undergone and the fact that the petitioner is
