2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 264 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others were suspected of having killed the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2023.

5. Co-accused Mukesh Kumar @ Mukesh Kumar Sah from whose house Chinese Knife has been recovered has been granted bail by this Court considering the fact that in the FSL report, no blood was found on the knife.

6. Considering the above, this application is allowed.
