The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Sasaram Nagar P.S. Case No. 344 of 2020 registered under Sections 498A, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to personal grudge. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is an old lady and her age is about 61 years. She is a woman of clean antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53012 of 2021(2) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram Nagar P.S. Case No. 344 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
