4/4 ORAL ORDER 02-05-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ and/ or order and/ or direction commanding the respondents to complete the process of giving a certificate of appreciation and momento to this effect to the petitioners who are the J.P. Movement Activities (Underground Category) as per decision of Govt. of Bihar on the occasion of "Sampurna Kranti Divas" under J.P. Senani Samman Yojna vide notification no. 524 dated 15.07.2015 of Home (Special) Department after due approval of Special meeting of Cabinet of Government of Bihar. "

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
