2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.50189 of 2022.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the aforesaid order, in paragraph no.10, inadvertently in place of Section 438(2) Cr.P.C., it has been typed as Section 482(2) Cr.P.C.

4. In view of the above submission, in the order dated 12.05.2023 in paragraph no.10, let Section 438(2) Cr.P.C." be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74533 of 2023(2) dt.01-12-2023 2/2 read in place of Section 482(2) Cr.P.C."

5. The order dated 12.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.50189 of 2022 is modified to the aforesaid extent only. The other parts of the order shall remain intact.
