The petitioner seeks bail in Sonebarsa P. S. Case No. 93 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 of the of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, there is specific allegation against this petitioner of assaulting brutally his own mother with spade on the head on account of which she died. Case diary has been received, wherein, postmortem report of deceased is available.

Learned APP for the State, after looking into the case diary, has submitted that witnesses have supported the case levelling specific allegation against this petitioner of assaulting

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70779 of 2018(5) dt.19-02-2019 2/2 brutally his own mother with spade on account of which she died. Postmortem report also supports the case. The F.I.R. has been lodged by sister of this petitioner. Petitioner has committed heinous crime of committing murder of his own murder. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.The prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
