The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323/ 341/307/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only allegation against the petitioner is that he had given a Lathi blow. However, no such injury is found.
In view of the abovementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
