JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-09-2024 At the outset, Mr. Manoj Kumar, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits at the bar that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 05.07.2024, the petitioner was allowed provisional bail for a period of fifteen days in order to attend the marriage ceremony of his sister. After the ceremony is over, the petitioner has surrendered before the Trial Court on 24.07.2024. It has been made clear by filing a supplementary affidavit that though the petitioner was to surrender by 22.07.2024 but on 22.07.2024 and 23.07.2024 there was no working day in the learned Court below and due to this reason the petitioner has surrendered on 24.07.2024.
