JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S.Case No. 157 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 341, 363, 364, 380, 436, 448, 504 and 506 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that informant of the case later on made accused after lodging a false case of kidnapping of his minor daughter.

Submission is that petitioner is not named in the FIR and only material against him is that on his disclosure the daughter of the informant was recovered from his relative's house and informant has secretly confined his daughter for lodging a police case of kidnapping and petitioner has clean antecedent and charge sheet has been submitted.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.874 of 2018 (4) dt.09-02-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Lalan Kumar Singh, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Bebnipur, Darbhanga in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 157 of 2017.
