JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-02-2026 The present petition has been filed for extending the time granted to the petitioner to file his wholesome reply to the notice dated 21.02.2022 issued by the Sub-divisional Agriculture Officer, Araria vide order dated 28.03.2024 passed by this Court in CWJC No.14973 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of non-communication of the aforesaid order dated 28.03.2024 by the earlier counsel for the petitioner, the

Patna High Court MJC No.2110 of 2025(4) dt.25-02-2026 2/2 petitioner could not take appropriate steps for filing his wholesome reply within the stipulated time frame, hence a sympathetic view be taken and further time of two weeks' be granted for filing wholesome reply.

3. Per contra, the learned counsel for the opposite party has no objection.

4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to extend the time granted to the petitioner to file his wholesome reply to the aforesaid notice dated 21.02.2022 by a further period of two weeks from today.

5. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 28.03.2024 passed in CWJC No.14973 of 2023.
