The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and further submits that the petitioners are identically situated like an accused Jitendra Kumar, Vikash Kumar and Mukund Kumar, who were granted anticipatory bail by order dated 19.07.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.64326 of 2021.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53318 of 2021(4) dt.28-07-2022 2/2 It is next submitted that since the petitioners are identically situated like the aforesaid accused persons, as such, maintaining parity, the petitioners also be enlarged on anticipatory bail.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ariyari P. S. Case No.78 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
