JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 14-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bheldi P. S. Case No.510 of 2021, instituted for the offences under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and has antecedent of one case. Allegation is of recovery of a stolen motorcycle from the petitioner, who disclosed that he along with the named accused persons deal in sale and purchase of stolen motorcycle. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The motorcycle, which is alleged to be stolen, was purchased by the

No.53534 of 2021(2) dt.14-02-2022 2/2 petitioner without knowing that the motorcycle was a stolen one and he had come to meet the other named accused, who had sold him the aforesaid motorcycle and he came to be implicated. The learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail application.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and has antecedent of one case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P. S. Case No.510 of 2021, subject to condition that one of the bailers shall be the father of the petitioner namely, Ram Nandan Singh. The application stands allowed.
