The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 54 liters of Nepali Saufi wine has been recovered from a bush, situated in front of the house of the petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of copy of this order, be
