JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 100 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 467,420,468 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 of the Information Technology Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is alleged to have posted a message on social media profile, wherein along with the photo of the petitioner with others. It is advertise that it is mentioned about the petitioner being one of the leaders of the Bidhan Shabha and thus, there is a violation of the Code of Conduct.

I have considered the submission and taking into
