2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 412 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is of impersonation. It is alleged that the petitioner appeared in NEET (UG) 2024 Examination, in place of another candidate of Maharashtra on the basis of forged Admit Card and Adhar Card.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and she has falsely been

No such occurrence as alleged has taken place and the entire story is a cooked up story. It has next been submitted that the informant has lodged the present FIR against the petitioner due to local politics. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 06-05-2024.

Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail by submitting that the petitioner impersonated and appeared in NEET (UG) at the centre of Mount Litera, G School, Danapur, Patna in place of Jehra Kurrtulen, D/o Sheikh Karim, Buddhe Khan Chowk, Ashrafpura, Achalpur City, Amrawati, Maharashtra. Forged and fabricated Admit Card and Aadhar Card were provided to the petitioner by which she appeared in NEET (UG) examination in place of another above-said candidate and the petitioner was arrested at the spot.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner was found involved in a case of impersonation, in which, she allegedly appeared in NEET (UG) Exam, 2024 in place of another candidate, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly, the same is rejected.

7. However, if the trial is not concluded within the
