This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 25.07.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 42072 of 2021. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that due to inadvertence, in paragraph - 1 and prayer portion of the bail petition, name of the court has wrongly been typed as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in place of "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur". Similar error has occurred in the last paragraph of order dated 25.07.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 42072 of 2021. Accordingly, it has been requested to make correction in the said order as well as grant further time to surrender before the court below.

Let "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur" be read in place of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in the last paragraph of order dated 25.07.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 42072 of 2021 and petitioner is granted further six weeks time from today to surrender before the court below, in compliance of the said order. Accordingly, the order dated 25.07.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 42072 of 2021 is modified to the above extent. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
