JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Agamkuan PS Case No. 182 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the petitioner was married with the deceased in the year 2003 and is said to have killed his wife and cremated the dead body.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's wife died a natural death, there are two children one son 13 years of age and a daughter eight years old and both have stated in their statement that the petitioner (their father) informed parents of the deceased and they also participated in the cremation. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Anil Mahto is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM Patna City in connection with Agamkuan PS Case No. 182 of 2017.
