JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 12-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel representing the State.

The petitioner is seeking regular bail in Bhargama P.S. Case No. 100 of 2017 (G.R. No. 1809/2017) registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 354(B), 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the petitioner allegedly caused injury on the head of the informant by Dabia. However, there was no repetition of blow by this petitioner and the injury report would show that the injury found on the scalp is simple in nature. The petitioner has no criminal history. He is in custody since 05.08.2017 and investigation is complete in this case. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on his furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.176 of 2018 (2) dt.12-01-2018 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 100 of 2017 (G.R. No. 1809/2017), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) Cr.P.C.
