The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 253 of 2020 registered under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to local village politics and land dispute. Though there is allegation of firing against the petitioners, but no gun shot injury is found in the alleged occurrence. Further he submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
