Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,328,201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are parents of the husband of the deceased.

Allegation is general and omnibus that the inlaws committed murder of the deceased. The child of the deceased has stated before the police that the victim committed suicide, as her father had not given her money on demand.

Considering the fact that there is no eye witness of the occurrence of murder, let the petitioners, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63046 of 2017 (3) dt.17-02-2018 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Agiaon Bazar Police Station Case No.41 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
