2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

Patna High Court CWJC No.21013 of 2014(3) dt.30-06-2025 2/2 been dismissed as well as setting aside the order dated 23.07.2013/12.08.2013 passed in Land Disputes Redressal Appeal Case No. 253/2012 passed by Divisional Commission, Patna whereby and whereunder he had set aside the order by which the private respondent had directed to handing over the possession of the Bihar land in question in favour of petitioners vide order dated 28.04.12 in Bihar Land Disputes Redressal Case No. 101/2011-12 and further issuing a direction and observation by the Hon'ble High Court, Patna vide order dated 11.08.2014 passed in CWJC No. 3784 of 2014 to move before this Hon'ble Tribunal.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
