JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-07-2019 The application has been filed for modification of order dated 03.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20466 of 2019 to the extent that in the last portion of order instead of 'learned S.D.J.M., Buxar' it has been recorded as 'learned District & Sessions Judge, Buxar'. It appears that the said mistake perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the prayer portion of the main petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the main petition. Let the order dated 03.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20466 of 2019 be modified to the extent that in the last portion of the order it should be read as 'learned S.D.J.M., Buxar' instead of 'learned District & Sessions Judge, Buxar'.
