From perusal of the trial court's report dated 1.12.2021 it appears that the case is at the stage of production of accused persons.

Considering the nature of accusation and the progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused. As the petitioner is in custody since 11.6.2020, let the trial be concluded as early as possible.
