Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No.163 of 2022 dated 21.08.2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 20(b)(ii)(c), 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of A.D.J XVII, Bhagalpur. 3.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order,
