From the order dated 05.02.2018 it appears that this writ petition was directed to be listed after disposal of CWJC No. 8377 of 2007. The said writ petition has been disposed of by order dated 16.05.2011. From the pleadings it appears that the petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the respondents to allow him to join and discharge the duty of teacher and treat the petitioner as primary teacher with effect from 1.7.2006.
