Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of Dacoity is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2017. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and has not been put on T.I. parade till dates nor anything has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58080 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 case is pending in connection with Saharsa Town (Sadar) Police Station Case No.772 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
