2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 341, 354, 379, 385, 504, 506/34 IPC registered in connection with Bhimpur P.S. Case No. 41 of 2017/GR No. 1603 of 2017.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and the informant is the mother-in-law of the petitioner no. 1. As a matter of fact, the FIR has been instituted with reference to what is in essence a family dispute for partition of property. The petitioners' side has earlier instituted Bhimpur P.S. Case No. 27 of 2017 against his wife's sister and the informant.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged as well as the accusation that the petitioner no. 1 is forcibly living in the informant's house with a view to grab her

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71203 of 2018(3) dt.30-01-2019 2/2 property, but has not shown that any Title Suit or Partition Suit has been filed claiming a right in the property, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed.
