JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-05-2016 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the orders dated 09.05.2012 bearing nos. 907, 908, 909, 910, 911, 912, 914, 915, 916, 917, 918, 919, 920, 939 and 941 issued by the respondent Executive engineer, Rural Works Department, Work Division, Chapra-1 wherein the various contracts earlier awarded to the petitioner have been rescinded in exercise of power under clause 52-2(a) of S.B.D. and further the security deposit has been forfeited and recommended for blacklisting of the petitioner; and for connected reliefs.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset

Patna High Court CWJC No.10232 of 2012 dt.16-05-2016 2/2 invites attention to the order of this Court dated 19.10.2012, noticing that the impugned letter dated 09.05.2012 had been withdrawn by the respondents and the petitioner was permitted time till 31.01.2013 to complete all the contract works. In that situation, the relevant order of the respondents dated 28.09.2012 had been stayed by this Court to enable the petitioner to complete the work by 31.01.2013.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that no further instructions have been received in the matter.

4. In the above view of the matter, therefore, the writ petition stands disposed.
