JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order contained in Memo No. 17 dated 27.02.2013 passed in Case No. 26/2012 (Annexure-1) by the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, Muzaffarpur, which is under challenge, in this writ application.
