Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Her name has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Amit Kumar.

Considering the aforesaid material and the fact that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barachatti Police Station Case No. 400 of 2017,
