The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 211 of 2019 registered under Section 354(A) of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C. (Annexure-3) nothing has come against this petitioner. Further he submits that in the present case, final form has already been submitted. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
