2. The petitioner who is the mother-in-law of the deceased is in custody since 25.04.2023 in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 170 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was killed by the co-accused persons for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case because she happens to be the mother-in-law of the deceased. He submits that the deceased had committed suicide because of her own reasons and issues. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that she will make herself available

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail after completing six months in custody, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araira in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 170 of 2023.
